  • My work week is from Wednesday - Sunday, however with enough notice I can accommodate any day of the week.

  • You’ll receive your online gallery between 3-4 weeks after your session.

  • That is a service we currently do not offer. I recommend getting your photos printed through either PASS (our online gallery service), Costco or Staples.

  • Yes for an extra free. Travel outside Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke & Downtown Toronto is $0.75/km from Port Credit.

  • Leading up to every session I send all clients a “How to prepare for your session” guide. This is filled with tips & tricks that will help ease you and pet into your session.

  • Some dogs are either SUPER excited that I’m there to take photos or unsure and extra protective of their humans - whatever the case may be I provide a buffer of “Meet & Sniff” time at the beginning of each session to allow your bestie to settle down.

  • You can either fill out our form on the contact page or reach out directly at rachel@fetchnpetphotography.ca

  • A deposit is not required at the time of booking.

    You may pay half or the full amount at the time of booking if you wish, but you aren’t required to send the full amount until a week before your session.

  • Absolutely! I ask for at least 48-hour notice before you cancel. Then we’ll be in communication to rebook for another date and time.

  • If it looks like bad weather (heavy rain, a snowstorm etc) may occur we will plan for a rain date.

  • Yes, I am fully vaccinated & boosted :)
